Thank you for having interest in Illinois Savage Baseball. Please read and complete all parts of the application.

This year please recognize that our organization is offering several dates AND locations.

1. You MUST specify which location you plan to attend. We understand that schedules may not allow for your player to attend one of our dates and our coaches can accommodate a private tryout. Please specify this option and a coach will be in contact with you to coordinate the specifics.

2. You MUST specify which age your child will play for the upcoming season NOT their current season.

3. Our organization will take a “mug shot” of your player upon check-in. This is so our coaches can put a face to a name AFTER their tryout. We do not share these and simply delete them after our tryout process is complete.
